With the latest Chinese government&#8217;s New Energy Bill released in April, 2020, NIO turns out to be the most beneficiary of this policy  &#8211; it specifically gives preferential treatments to EV makers with &#8216;Battery Swap&#8217; model. So far NIO is the only EV maker that adopts this model.
