近來中國多地都傳出小型無人機“黑飛”擾亂民航與軍機正常飛行的消息。隨著製造簡單、售價便宜的消費級無人機爆發式增長,如何應對無人機威脅正成為全球問題。美國《航空周刊》19日集中介紹了以色列公司加緊研發的各種“無人機殺手”。
報導稱,準軍事組織和叛亂分子操作無人機的方式類似於正規軍,但最受這些組織青睞的還是微型無人機、商用無人機和多旋翼無人機,它們主要用於監視和偵察,甚至執行自殺式攻擊任務。長期以來,以色列一直提防著敵對無人機對本國領空構成的威脅。以色列情報機構確認,2005年到2012年曾多次發生他國無人機侵入以色列領空未被發現的情況。
為應對無人機威脅,以色列軍工企業正在研發各種反制設備。這首先需要解決的是發現問題。傳統地面雷達很難發現和識別這種小型、慢速、低空飛行的目標。為此,以色列瑞德電子工業公司最近推出重量約20公斤的便攜式小型雷達,適用於短距離的防空以及空中監視。這種雷達可以安裝在車輛和中小型船舶上,也能作為固定係統部署保護地區安全。
以色列Artsys360公司則研製出一種創新性的無人機探測系統RS360-400,它探測距離為400米,能安裝在柵欄、桅杆、高塔或建築物頂部,能在開闊或高樓林立的地區有效操作。這種雷達能探測、識別和追踪運動物體,包括那些在人口密集地區活動的慢速飛行小型四旋翼無人機。這些反無人機雷達可以組成網絡,通過移動通信系統、WiFi和局域網互相聯繫。每個雷達都有一個集成的目標跟踪器,並可區分動物、人、車輛和無人機。
以色列Controp精密技術公司還推出一種“旋風”傳感器。據稱,“旋風”使用特殊的軟件程序,通過快速掃描地表反射波來識別小型多旋翼無人機、微型無人機和小型垂直起降無人機。這種傳感器既能探測到幾百米遠的小目標,也能發現數十公里外的大型目標。
有效識別目標後,擊落無人機的選擇就更為成熟。以色列航空工業公司公佈了一種被稱為“無人機警衛”的“軟殺傷”反無人機系統,它利用無線電干擾破壞無人機的指令系統,該系統已成功進行過多次試驗。對抗無人機的另一種方法是拉斐爾先進防務系統公司研發的“鐵束”激光武器。 “鐵束”能發射低強度激光,令視線範圍內的無人機起火墜毀。
